Weekend Edition: Imagining the Story
As humans, we are bound
to story; it's in our DNA. We use stories to pass on our history, culture, and
knowledge. We are forever creating -- or co-creating -- them, and important
ones are told and retold. We will be telling the pandemic story for a long time
to come. What story will we tell?
Author Kelly Corrigan imagines the story we can tell when it is safe to leave our homes and return to a world of closer physical contact. She describes it as "the story of the 2020 pandemic and how we nailed it." You can watch her tell the story and read the transcript of it here: Kelly Corrigan
May it be so.
Until tomorrow, be safe,
and stay healthy. What story would you like to tell?
Love,
Nancie/Mom/Mimi/Grandma
